반응속도 테스트란?

반응속도 테스트는 시각 자극에 반응하는 속도를 밀리초(ms) 단위로 측정하는 도구입니다. 화면 색이 빨간색에서 초록색으로 바뀌는 순간 클릭하면, 색상 변화를 인식하고 손이 움직이기까지 걸린 시간이 기록됩니다. 일반적으로 평균 사람의 시각 반응속도는 약 200~250ms이며, 프로 게이머는 150ms 이하를 기록하기도 합니다.

사용 방법

1. 화면을 클릭하면 빨간 대기 화면으로 전환됩니다.
2. 1.5초~4.5초 사이 랜덤한 시간 후 화면이 초록색으로 바뀝니다.
3. 초록색이 되는 즉시 최대한 빠르게 클릭합니다. (초록색 전에 클릭하면 '너무 일찍!')
4. 반응 시간이 ms 단위로 표시되며 등급도 함께 보여줍니다.
5. 여러 번 시도하면 최고 기록, 평균, 횟수가 자동으로 집계됩니다.

활용 예시

게임을 즐기기 전 워밍업으로 반응속도를 체크해보세요. 친구들과 서로의 반응속도를 비교하며 경쟁하는 것도 재미있습니다. 피곤하거나 집중이 안 될 때 현재 상태를 확인하는 바로미터로 사용할 수 있습니다.

What is the Reaction Speed Test?

The Reaction Speed Test measures how fast you respond to a visual stimulus, down to the millisecond. When the screen changes from red to green, you click — the time between the color change and your click is your reaction time. The average person reacts in about 200–250ms; pro gamers can reach below 150ms.

How to Use

1. Click the screen to enter the red waiting state.
2. After a random delay of 1.5–4.5 seconds, the screen turns green.
3. Click as fast as possible when it turns green. (Clicking before green shows 'Too early!')
4. Your reaction time in ms and a performance grade are displayed.
5. Take multiple attempts — your best time, average, and count are tracked automatically.

Use Cases

Use it as a warm-up before gaming to check your reaction speed. Compete with friends to see who's fastest. It also works as a barometer when you're tired or unfocused — slower reaction times can indicate fatigue, which you can observe directly.
